Our commitment extends to ensuring fair wages, reasonable working hours, freedom of association, and non-discrimination across all operations.

Supplier Code of Conduct: All suppliers and contractors must adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which explicitly prohibits forced labor, child labor, debt bondage, and human trafficking. This code requires compliance with local labor laws, payment of minimum wages, provision of safe working conditions, and respect for workers’ rights to organize.

Employee Standards: We maintain comprehensive employment policies ensuring all staff are employed voluntarily, with transparent contracts, fair compensation, and the right to leave their employment with reasonable notice. Identity documents are never withheld, and recruitment fees are not charged to workers.

Supply Chain Due Diligence

We implement risk-based due diligence procedures to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks:

  • Risk Assessment: New suppliers undergo screening to assess potential modern slavery risks based on geographic location, industry sector, and business model
  • Contractual Requirements: All supplier agreements include specific clauses prohibiting modern slavery and requiring compliance with applicable labor laws
  • Monitoring & Auditing: We conduct periodic reviews of high-risk suppliers and reserve the right to audit supplier facilities and practices
